In this Post I will show you how to install pre defined schemas into the Oracle 11 g database using the RCU. If you have missed out the previous post regarding RCU requirement analysis and system preparation, please refer the below links before proceeding with the installation.
1. Make sure you start the Listener services:
2. Start the Oracle 11g Database
3. navigate to the "/<PATH>/rcuHome/bin" and run the file "rcu"
4. Press "Next"
5. Press "Create" then "Next"
6. Fill up all the required credentials and
7. press "Next"
8. Select the required schemas, In this case, we are going to install SOA Server so we install all the SOA related schemas
9. Enter the common password
10. Press "Next"
11. Press "OK"
12. Press "Create"
13. Wait for the schemas to be installed.
14. Installation was successful so close the window by pressing "Close"
