Oracle SOA Suite Installation part 2 - Preparing the System

In this post, I will show you how to prepare the system for installing Oracle SOA Suite in Oracle Linux. Basically, if you have configured the Linux OS by altering the Linux parameters during the Oracle Database Installation, it is more than sufficient. However it is recommended to read the system preparation which I have written in the previous post:

  1. Oracle 11g database installation part 2 - Preparing the System

NOTE-1:
Please remember to allocate at least 3gb as RAM for the virtual machine and also do not allocate 60% of the ram to the VM as you may experience lags in your PC.

Example:
if you have 6Gb machine, allocating 4Gb is not recommended as there will not be sufficient RAM for the your PC OS to function properly thus affecting your VM performance.

This post concludes the Preparing the System for Oracle SOA Suite installation.
